Charcoal skeleton

This Skelton sketch was done in charcoal, and is my second attempt.  I feel this sketch is much stronger than my first as I have tried to take tips from the other strong drawing in my session and have added a bit more light and dark to add more depth.  The light and dark areas arn't perfect or exact shades. However the point of this exercise was to be much more expressive and quick with your drawings. So we had 5 minuets again to do a sketch but add which chalk to give more contrast to the light and dark areas. But from analysing the the work i feel by drawing mainly off instinct and memory for speed and not looking at the exact perportions and shaded areas  gives the image a much more interesting and intreging depth to the sketch.

This is the bit I particularly like as it has strong dark lines with quick and shades of light to give the audience the impression of a 3D depth to the image. so the drawing doesn't look like a 2D flat image on the paper.
