We were given a real life brief from a client to do artwork for the medical room at college - They wanted something bright, colourful and had a elements of a health life style. So me and another partner brain storm lots of different ideas and this was one of the first avenue that we advanced on. 
First off we sketched out a caricature of usain blolt in pencil. Then we painted it and scanned it onto the computer to be modified, and add colour. Photoshop is very good for creating digital cartoon imagery as you can get bold block colours. Which will be useful as it is for a medical room poster. So the bright colours might lift peoples spirits and make them feel better.
